I add some details since I always forget them!

• The color of the sofas and deck chairs changes with the pearlescence
• The ramp always collides with the players even if they are on top of a vehicle but does not collide with the game world so you can get as close as you want to the mainland
• The two large external paintings are part of the livery and can be easily modified with the template
• The glass can be darkened like the windows of any vehicle and can be broken by shooting at it (there is no collision and you can shoot through!)
• You can park under the porch and leave it there while driving the HBoat
• The interior furnishings are all different bones
• You can change the color of the light on the edge of the deck
• You can put two types of doors in the bathroom, one fixed and the other swinging or remove both

I’m sure I’m forgetting other details … as soon as they come to mind I add them!
