A Complete and advanced Housing script that is easy to use with tons of compatibility and standalone features.

This house can only be purchased once and one house per entrance - Flat
The entrance to the flat complex can have multiple rooms, so multiple houses. These houses can only be purchased once like Individual complex but combined within one entrance. - Apartment
Similar to Flat but the house can be purchased multiple times by different players. For now it can only be entered by the owner, no visitor can enter. This also serves as an alternative to qb-apartments

- Auto removal if not paid (configurable)
Mortgage System:
- Mortgage system for installment plan that can be customized
- Auto removal if mortgage is not paid
Furniture System:
- Furniture store to buy furniture to inventory
- Furniture can be sold
- Furniture for storages and you can add your own special type furniture within furniture_functions.lua for example computer and wardrobe.
- Furnish using three different mode, precision, raycast, and Gizmo mode (Credits to dolu)
- Enable or disable the furniture system entirely
- Add your own custom furnitures within the list
Realestate Agent System:

BCS Housing
A Complete and advanced Housing script that is easy to use with compability and standalone features. This project was inspired by modfreakz and loaf housing. Thanks to loaf and guillerp for permission to use loaf_housing furniture list and the logic of guille_doorlock. Credits to K4MB1 for the free shells. The goal of this script was for my own server and also making a housing script without too many dependencies.
