Far as i know, yes, it’s not real money.
There’s a few other betting resources released at forum, the only difference for mine, is automatically handle the data and a proper UI.

Oh now i see what exactly @AdvancedTeam was talking about, no there’s no warning for that, neither i think it’s needed as this is a virtual game using fictitious money. Also like @little_Rosey1 told, there’s no addiction warning when you enter the gta online casino, so why would it be needed here?
