Again I had a few moment spare to make something. I saw someone trying to charge for similar script which is almost criminal. Here is my quick open source script, Currently it is QB but feel free to convert it to ESX or do whatever you like since its only a few lines of code will take a few seconds

Thanks for the comment, I made the script to check the weather. If weather = “xmas” then improve handling is the basic operation. So you could also use this to help improve driving in rain, but would not be able to specifically improve the off-road side of things via this method
