Detailed feature description:
– Realistic Robbery Planning: To initiate a heist, the player must find a robbery organizer from whom they can purchase additional information about houses for an extra fee. This information includes details such as when the residents are home, what alarms are installed in the house, and other hints that you can configure manually or completely remove. Houses are categorized by difficulty level - Easy, Medium, and Hard. Easy houses are typically small and empty at the right time, allowing for a quick theft and a safe getaway. Medium level houses are larger and equipped with cameras and lasers, if a player is detected, an alarm is triggered, alerting the police and causing the residents to defend their property. The hardest level, Hard, offers the highest payout but comes with significant risk. In addition to alarms, armed guards ready to defend the premises at the first sign of intrusion.
— Burglary: The script allows you to configure custom mini-games for breaking. By default, a standard lockpick is provided for Easy level houses, while an advanced lockpick is available for Medium and Hard level houses. Additionally, there is an option to cut off power to the entire house during the robbery, making it easier to move around without worrying about being detected by cameras or lasers.
— Robbing houses: By default, the script offers up to 40 items for theft. Each house can vary in the types and locations of items. In addition to the props scattered throughout the rooms, you can also utilize furniture available in the interior and set up searches of cabinets or spawn them in the house. Additionally, safes can be placed in houses. By using an additional mini-game to crack the safe, you can open it and steal additional loot.
— Interiors: The interiors that players can rob depend solely on you. You can create houses, hangars, warehouses, or containers.
— Noise bar: Noise is something to avoid during house robberies because when residents are home and the noise bar fills up, they will attack you if they haven’t noticed you earlier.
— Fence: After a successful robbery, it’s important to cash in the loot. You can use a fence for this, who will take everything you offer without notifying the police, though it will result in lower compensation. You can configure their availability only during specific in-game hours and change their location every day of the week.
— Pawnshop: In this case, if you want to risk selling for a higher amount, you can use the pawnshop’s services. However, be cautious because the employee may notice that the item is stolen and notify the police, resulting in the loss of the item.
— Admin House Configurator: The script also provides a loot and tenants configurator, allowing you and your administrators to easily create new houses without the need to manually place items or spend a lot of time adjusting props. The script features a detailed item and placement configurator, initially, you control the placement using the mouse, and then after acceptance, you can adjust the position using keys. This applies to tenants as well, you can select their ped model, available weapons, position, and animation. Once completed, you can simply copy the configured data using the button in the menu and paste it into your configuration file.
