Hello, I’m sorry that you’re experiencing an issue. However, to create a ticket, you need to provide the appropriate information in accordance with our ticket rules. If you do not provide the transaction ID as proof of purchase from our official tebex website, your ticket may be closed. This is clearly stated both during the ticket creation process and after it, when the bot sends the information to the channel.
