UPDATE 1.1 
- Added Locales so you can change the language
- Fixed Auto Repair when Toggling Extras
- Now you can enable/disable the livery, extras, give keys menu from the config
- Now you can enable/disable the opening of the menu and simply use events to open the menu
- Now Neon kit will work only if you have a neon kit installed on your vehicle (Changeable to allow everyone to use it through config)
- Now command /seat will support all vehicles no matter how many seats are there it will automatically check the number of seats
