one question this script only show the damages to other players os can show the damage to npc because i have a zombie server and i search some of this but to see the damage to the zombies (npcs)

Yes, it shows the damage to NPCs too, the demo video, are NPCs generated with 500 health and vest, so yes, with zombies it should work correctly
