I was a customer of yours, yes, and I was scammed. My support ticket was open for over 8 months. I didn’t get any help and as a final thank you, you banned me from your discord. I’m a reliable customer. I don’t need to be taken for a ride. I paid money for something that doesn’t work and they have no interest in changing it. There are even Discords that warn customers about their service, I think everyone who is active in the fivem scene will know what I mean.

No support ticket can remain open for more than 2 days. Our ticket bot will close your ticket automatically.
Also, even if I’m not there, we have supports looking at our tickets, and I’m constantly checking them.

I agree. This shop is a complete scam. I won giveaway at his shop like a year ago, asked for one simple addition/fix on his escrowed script and yet he still hasn’t updated it and I couldn’t get my customer role on his discord to get help, just because I won his script in giveaway. Glad I didn’t wasted money on this shop.
You have won a gift and you have received your gift. Gifts are given in escrow. We do not update at your request for customization (There is nothing to fix in the script, the person just wanted to customize it.), scripts are sold as open source so that you can customize. No customer role were given because you are not a customer, you got the script for free.
You have to learn how to talk about things you get for free, there is nothing you can say except thank you

Other people commenting on this issue are not our customers, they are trying to defame us without being our customers.
The two scripts you have are used instantly on more than 140 servers.
There is no problem in the 2 scripts you have, there is no situation that needs to be updated.
Not really customization, your video shows first name and last name in pause menu, but for esx shows steam name which needed to be fixed. That’s a simple fix that takes maximum 30 seconds. But thanks for revealing to your customers your actual self.
