This is created for the ND Framework but if you have some basic lua knowledge you can convert it to anything you want.

You can use with ESX framework?

Cool so far!

Ideas:

  • Ability to set a limit of how many properties someone can own (based on fivem identifier)

  • Ability for a property to have multiple owners (configurable amount)

Like I’ve mentioned before the is created for the very nice and good ND Framework but if you have some basic Lua knowledge you can convert it to any framework you want.

You can’t use this without a database, this is also not created for the ESX or QB framework. It’s created for the ND Framework which can be used in “menu based servers”.

Will an update be coming for:

  • Multiple owners to be able to own a property (amount configurable in config) based on identifier such as FiveM license or Discord perhaps (not character, because of those of use using NoCharacters etc)

  • Selling features

  • Default door lock as unlocked instead of locked (suppose I could edit this manually in the code or in ND_Doorlock if it modifies the ND_Doorlock files? how does it work)

I’ve got lots of people asking on an ETA  very excited

cool resource, but needed for QBCore
