Envi-Interact 
envi-interact is a dev toolkit that provides a versatile interaction system for creating dynamic menus (such as multi-choice menus, speech bubbles, percentage bars, and sliders) With this tool you can easily handle NPC interactions with dynamic responses as well as providing an optimized solution to multi-choice ‘Press E’ interactions within in your Custom Scripts or FiveM Server.
