Player can send money from offline player?

Unfortunately, ESX does not allow this, although we had planned it.

Is it not possile to transfer mone to player ID? In the preview I see phone number. Is it possible to change to player ID?

Yes, you have to change the code a little bit. In general, nothing difficult, our support will tell you how to do it.
