A realistic PAGER system with multiple channels and configurable job and ace perms restrictions.

- Unlimited number of channels with specific settings for each
- Limit channel Senders and Receivers by either Job, ACE Perms or both
- Add as many webhooks (discord or other system) to send the information to in addition to ingame
- Set channels as auto-subscription (players will automatically be subscribed to the channel on login) or manually (players need to subscribe through the interface)
