Custom Cursor

- There are two functions that affect the ms value, and these can be turned off from the config: Spotlight and live blocks. 0ms if you turn them off. 01ms if you use one, 03ms if you use both.

- The script has been completely adapted to all resolutions. All designs in the video have been updated, the settings menu has been added, you can use it on your character screen. You can turn it on and off. Ultra wide support has arrived. We have given the trigger code of the settings panel page so you can add buttons for scripts such as pause menu and open the settings page.
