[RELEASE] vRP OnlineGroups - Display who's online by their vRP groups

An alternative to gd_playerlist that is not 28MB.

Preview:

Features:

  • Show how many people are online in the available group sets
  • The results are grouped by groups groups (well, that was confusing)
  • Only show the groups you want to show, with an arbitrary label
  • Very lightweight
  • Emoji support! (preview) (wasn’t planned, but apparently is works so…)

Instructions:
This scripts depends on pNotify and vRP.
Copy the correct version of the resource into your resources folder and start it into your server config file.

Download the latest version directly from the GitHub repository:

Neat release! It serves a slight different purpose than the player list does, but I’m glad there’s an alternative to it. I’d guess this fits better with the roleplay scene than an information heavy list too.

I don’t know what else can I do to improve that.
I have a bunch of small scripts and one big project to release, and the fact that my releases are not showing up in the official discord #releases channel might actually be hurting the posts visibility.

I’m pretty sure I already did everything from the list on the docs

What do you think about doing this but instead of names with icons? Like emojis

Well, its html so it might work.

It does support emojis!!!

Just copy directly from emojipedia and paste it in the config file.
Just remember that the file should be UTF8.

Perfect!! And making it static in a corner? Not having to press a key to see it, having it in a corner with little emojis and being refreshed like this script. It would be very good.

Just make the HTML for it and I’ll do the NUI/Javascript for it.
