There are categories when opening a ticket on our server. First of all, you opened a ticket in the option to get a role and submitted your transaction id, it was checked and your customer role was given and then the ticket was closed.

After that, you opened a ticket in the correct category, but in the section where we asked you to write your problem in detail, you only wrote my ticket was closed.
