Update v1.3
   Added features :
     - optimization
     - server-side config change
     - possibility to lock your shop to a job (so you can make an illegal shop or armory on PD)
     - code cleanup
     - split shops ( you can now have multiple categories as in flap_clothing_shops ) 
     - adding that sexy font like in clothing shops
     - fixed item limit for es_extended 1.1
