i created it to be adapted to the physics of GTA.
If you take the stairs correctly you won’t lose any speed.
There are tons of possible paths.
Logically reaching heights should not hurt your citizens, they will stay safe.
I personally tested it for hours and hours building it to provide fun gameplay…
