The script comes preloaded with over 300 houses, ready to use right out of the box. Want more? You can easily add unlimited new houses anywhere on the map using the intuitive teleport and bucket system. Setting up and managing properties has never been simpler!

The system includes three default housing tiers, but you can expand or modify them to suit your server’s needs:

Low-Tier Houses: Affordable starter homes with basic features.
Medium-Tier Houses: Mid-range homes with larger interiors and garages.
High-Tier Houses: Luxury residences with spacious garages and enhanced features.
Each house tier comes with a dedicated garage:

Low-Tier Garages: Small parking space.
Medium-Tier Garages: More vehicle slots.
High-Tier Garages: Premium garages for even more vehicles.
Customize the number of tiers, garage capacities, and house pricing directly from the config file.

:couch_and_lamp: Furniture Shop for Full Personalization
Make empty interiors come to life with the furniture shop, where players can purchase and place items to furnish their homes as they wish. With a wide range of options, creativity is the only limit!

:key: Key and Code Access

Each house features key access and security codes.
Players can share keys with others, granting access to their house.
Doors can be locked or unlocked by the owner, allowing full control over entry.

:briefcase: House Features by Category

Stash System: Houses include a stash for item storage, with capacity based on the tier. Only owners or keyholders can access the stash.
Cloakroom: Players can change clothes in their homes and anyone in the house can access it.
Normal Houses vs. Criminal Houses:
Normal Houses: Bought by individuals for personal use.
Criminal Houses: Owned by criminal teams. Team members can enter freely, but keys are still required to access the stash.
