The design is nice, but the script doesn’t work nearly as expected.
The creator uploads the script in such a way that Windows Security and Browsers detect it as a virus, and then call it a bug.
Today I received the refund for the “non-working” script with the support of tebex.
I have been a customer in many script shops, but I have never met such jerk and lying management.
In addition, Tebex support can also see how good they have refunded the money.
The creator updated the script twice at my request. 1.1 threw an error on the console, and 2.0 could not be downloaded because of a virus.
From here, I am sending a message to the shop management that I thank you for the “muted” rank, but at least I got my money back for the non-working script".
UI: Earlier scripts were made with much more skill, not the new “50 scripts that are made as quickly as possible.”
Listen up. We’ve noticed some serious disrespect coming from your end, and frankly, we’re not having it.
First off, let’s get one thing straight: Tebex doesn’t do refunds. But hey, we’ve still gone ahead and made an exception for you, despite our policy clearly stating otherwise.
I REFUND YOUR MONEY NOT TEBEX
Now, about that script it’s been updated, and it’s worked perfectly on 20 servers. But here’s the kicker - you’ve got no right to be using it if you’re going to trash talk the person who made it. Show some respect, seriously.
And don’t even think about lying to us. Every single one of your conversations with our support team? They’re all on record. So if you keep up with the insults and threats, just know that we’re not afraid to take this further.
Consider this your final warning. Shape up, or we’ll have no choice but to take action.
Sincerely
DEAR MEMBERS
Our script is completely open to the customers, yet this customer are encountering warnings about viruses. We’ve taken this seriously and even provided video evidence to show that the script is clean. It’s strange that even an empty file we sent as a test is being flagged as a virus in the browser.
Despite these challenges, we believe in fairness and transparency. In a recent case where a customer encountered difficulties, we issued a refund of 6 euros, even though he wasn’t required to engage with our community.
We’re committed to ensuring that all our customers have a positive experience, and we’re here to address any concerns you may have.
I don’t want to antagonize and continue this conversation, but I’ll write it down here. I thank Tebex for taking a positive step forward in this situation. And I got the money back from you “via Tebex” because the weight of the situation obviously put pressure on you. There were no problems with the previous scripts that I bought from you, but this script did not work at the expected level. All conversations about this case are recorded for me, so it’s completely unnecessary to threaten me with this.
However, as a seller, think about it: “If the script had worked in all forms without errors, you would not have returned the money!” - that’s logical.
The script was never tested on nearly 20 servers.
A total of 3 people have bought it with me so far I wish you the best of luck with the business and with further scripts.
And when I asked for help with the script, you should have responded so quickly.
