Due to the costs of operating Blaine County Life, there is now a Patreon Page for members to support this community. As of now there is one tier which is Civilian that will allow members to create more than one character in the dashboard.
Anyone can view the monthly invoices for operations here.

Restricted guests to one character. This does not effect those who are already a Civilian in the database.

Added realistic vehicle handling for players/ai.

Refactored permissions to be more common sense. Civilian role is now automatically given after 3 days of membership in discord.
Added a new K9 model.
Added an AI K9 script.
Added more AOP zones.
Added some new EUP belts / radio mic.
Removed realistic vehicle handling has it wasn’t very realistic.

+ Added a reputation system where players can earn the civ group by playtime or participating in the server. Currently 400 reputation is needed. 5 points are issued every five minutes in-game which means it should take at most 4 hours to earn enough points.
+ Reduce reputation points if the player is using the default skater ped.
+ Increase reputation points for using roleplay commands such as `/me` `/tweet`
+ Added a complete license plate system that prompts players to register their plate if it is not in the database.

+ Added license plate management for characters.
+ Added plate lookup for law enforcement.
+ Updated the Community page to display characters sorted by reputation level.
