Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?
Also add what you already tried so far.
Reinstalling RedM. Every time i launch it, it brings me to Rockstar Launcher and when i log in, it always says “Unable to send a code to your email at this time”, for hours.
