For anyone too dumb to understand, Rockstar updates GTA Online, FiveM team then works to make the update compatible for FiveM.

You CAN NOT just slap all new DLC content into a stream folder and flex like a 14 year old f*ck boy, it won’t work. Uploading newer DLC content to the tebex store is a breach of tos too.

Edit: It’s available on release. Update your server artifacts.
