Is the latest version working at the moment or does it require additional changes since Mumble Voip v1.1.2 and RP-Radio v2.0?
Doing the same install as always and it doesnβt seem to work at all, no close proximity voice chat, keybindings donβt work, etc.
Some pointers would be great!

No this takes advantage of the in game voice already in the game, its a system called Mumble.

If the player wants to change his voice chat setting he is getting instant crash from fivem with the below issue (copied from systemlog)

I have an issue when using this in a test server everyone is global how would I go about changing this?
I have in my server.cfg
start mumble-voip
start rp-radio
But when I load in with a friend I can be up in Sandy and he can be in the city we can still hear and talk to one another? Am I missing something?

No, Mumble is only available on OneSync.
