Electric Skateboard is a script in develop which use a base of the script rd_cars. If you have a supposition of upgrade to add in the script contact me especially for the behavior of the vehicle.

How to install:

  1. Place the folder 'electric-skateboard’in your resources folder
  2. Add ‘start electric-skateboard’ in your ‘server.cfg’
  3. If you want add a menu use the triggers events
  4. Start your server

How to use:

  • Tap ‘/longboard’ to do spawn the skateboard
  • Press ‘G’ for get in the skate and get off the skate
  • Press ‘E’ to pick up the skateboard
  • Press ‘space’ to jump
  • Press the arrows to move the skateboard

  • Update fall system

  • Upgrade config.lua more properties
  • Max speed definable in config default to 35 km/h
  • Upgrade jump system definable in config default to 5.0 and jump heigh depending of the duration of the space input pressure.
  • Upgrade of the stability with the handlings properties
  • UI guid deleted
  • Optimizations
  • The longboard no longer drives away when we aim it

the skateboard is crashing. Can u help me

There is an error in F8 terminal ?
I think it is because there is not the empty file ‘__resource.lua’ in the resource ‘skate’.
Github delete the emptied files.

Very nice script, I would strongly suggest for those servers who have a realistic economy, for something for people to start with rather then stealing cars?

For sure! I am having some issues, wont let me on the skateboard? I press G but my hands go up, could that be the issue?

Seems like i’ve an issue, at the first connection to the server the script need to be restart otherwise the input for ride the skateboard don’t work. I’ve try several input but always the same issue at the first connection. Very nice script btw, thanks for shared this with us

Very nice! Any way to stop it from falling off the skateboard so easily? Can’t seem to figure it out
