Hello can someone tell me how it looks now regarding vehicles (real brands)?
am I allowed to have some on the server or not?
do i have to remove the logos?
I am told by many yes you are allowed to have vehicles but not to make money with them by others I am told no you are not allowed to have vehicles at all what is correct and what do I need to know?
Best thing is to read the TOS and these posts. They should help clear this up for you.

This has already been covered several times on the forums, the answer is that real brands are not permitted in-game.
Doesn’t matter about money, the Player License Agreement (PLA) has banned the use of such things.
yes basically. You can create a car and brand and use those but you can not use existing cars. Some car devs are already making cars that comply with TOS’s.

I dont believe there’s any kind of “list”, however most creators have previews and stuff, and you’d be able to tell immediately based on those whether a model is real-life or not. The Releases here are a good spot as they’re monitored closely for PLA/TOS compliance, any other sources you’ll need to do your due diligence on.
