We want to introduce you to the ox debug script that we use when working on some scripts, it may help some of you in future projects! :hugs:

OX Debug is a versatile debug script designed to enhance your FiveM server experience using the OX/Overextended framework. This script offers a range of entity, player, and raycast management features, with easy-to-use menus for smooth interaction.

:clipboard: Entity Management

  • Freeze/Unfreeze Position
  • Set Visibility: Adjust entity alpha for visibility.
  • Entity Info: Copy the name, position, rotation, and heading of any entity.
  • Vehicle Controls:
    • Change color (Black, Red, Orange, Blue, Green, Purple, Pink)
    • Set fuel level
    • Fix vehicle
  • Ped Controls:
    • Spawn weapons (AK47 & Pistol)
    • Ragdoll ped
    • Heal ped
    • Clear tasks
    • Play animation or scenario
    • Kill ped
  • CreateOX Target: Add or remove interaction targets.

:clipboard: Player Controls

  • Self-Heal and Kill
  • Godmode Toggle
  • Teleportation: Fast travel to various locations such as:
    • Casino, Maze Bank, Jewelry Store, Fleeca Bank, Maze Tower, Airport, Beach, Yacht, LSPD, Sub Urban

:clipboard: Raycast Features

  • Copy Position
  • Spawn Ped or Vehicle
  • Create Objects
  • Create BoxZone or SphereZone
  • Create Target (Box).

:warning: WARNING! When you run this script, it can be used by everyone on the server! Be careful and use it on your test server or when there are no players on the server.

anyway you should add permissions to use the tool as administrator.

Thank you. We plan to add that in the future but currently the script was made for a test server so we didn’t need to include permissions. However, we will add them in the future. :smile:

To be honest I don’t even know what that error is for. Do you have ox_target added as a script on the server and have you updated it to the latest version?

I hope you can add the permission so that it can only be used by the admin.
One question, if you restart the server, will the props or vehicles or pedestrians that are placed in the spots be removed or will they remain?

It would be nice if it had persistence if it doesn’t already have it.

Unfortunately no. This is currently just for debugging. When you create an object or something it only exists while the server is running. If the object were to remain after a restart, then it wouldn’t be a debug script anymore, but something entirely different. However, you gave me an idea for some ox tools that could actually do something like that. Thank you. :grinning:
