IPFS issue, please help I've been trying to figure out a fix and nothing works!

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?

Also add what you already tried so far.
I’ve change the update file to something different and it didn’t work.
I’ve cleared my cache and it didn’t work.
I’ve uninstalled redm and it didn’t work.
I’ve tried the a shortcut and it didn’t work.
I’ve uninstalled read dead and redm and it didn’t work.
I’ve tried a VPN and it didn’t work.

Please someone help me, I just want to be able to roleplay with my friends again and be able to actually get on redm but with this issue it is making it hard and is really upsetting. I’ve spoken to the staff of the server to assist me and I’ve tried everything(all that is listed above) nothing is working!!
