Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything multiple times, I have also tried both the steam social club version. I tried launching with steam and the rockstar launcher in the background but no luck. On steam, I did try verifying the game. Same result.

are you using a shadow tech pc? also have you figured out the issue?

yeah i’m using shadow tech. seems like the RDR2 update fixed the game but redm still crashes.
