[FREE] rpemotes-reborn - A standalone emote system for FiveM

Do you know what I would add / swap to stop people from being able to use the emotes while they are dead? I’ve seen a few people exploiting this so I’d like to stop them from being able to do it. Thank you for any assistance :smiley:

This should already be working for qbcore/qbox/esx if you choose your framework. Is it still happening?

i got an error when i eat for example popcorn. i have the animationa and ydr in the fanifest but when i eat it wit 2 props or two hands the props didn´t disappear

this… i want to eat the popcorn (all neccessary files are in the folder) but when i try to eat the popcorn, the props appears but they are stuck and i have to reconnect. there is no error in f8 oder console… the animation is stuck

It looks like you’re using a custom popcorn animation - you’d need to share your config information for that animation, it’s likely an issue with that.

I’d reach out to the person who made it to fix it, we don’t have a popcorn eating animation, only an animation where you hold the bucket in your hand.

Strange, we use qbox and it’s not an issue. What version are you on? And what medical system are you using?

If you’re using a custom medical system/edited qbcore you may need to edit it. As far as I can tell it works fine with qbcore, unless someone else can confirm.

Is the framework chosen in the config also?

But latest version, correct framework selected etc.

We will be moving to qbox soon I believe, so good to know that’s what you’re on and that it’s working :smiley:

If you can’t figure it out, please open a github issue so we can better track/assign this problem, should be easy enough for someone to check.

When PersistentWalk is true, and I’m not using the default walk. If I crouch, I’m not able to uncrouch. Is there a way to fix that?

Try rebinding your keys for rpemote crouch, we’ve had reports of the keybind changing or “breaking” on upgrading from rpemotes to rpemotes-reborn, not sure exactly why.

Not a huge feature list, but @mathu_lmn mathu-lmn has done a relatively large refactor of rpemotes, so we’re jumping to 1.9.0!

Features:

  • rpemotes-reborn now also supports exports['rpemotes'] without having to rename when switching from rpemotes
  • You can now set the animOption.Flag to manually force a flag

Fixes:

  • Ragdoll Condition Fix
  • Additional Refactors for favorite emote button
  • Fixed a few oversights from 1.8.5 refactor
  • Prop collisions can now be disabled
  • ptfxinfo now no longer mandatory

I tried this, but it’s still not working. Anytime I’m using a walk that isn’t default it doesn’t let me uncrouch.

This is also happening in my server, only fix is to respawn your character if using vmenu

Please put in a github issue with a video if you can of it happening

Cant change F4 to F3, why? using ESX Legacy

very good script but i have a problem when my hand are up with X and i press W or if u have qwerty keyboard Z i sit down on the floor and do some weird emote or something and cant get back up how do i disable that?
