Game was woking just fine until I did a server reinstall on Zap Hosting and now have to new ESX framework.

I would recommend Removing your FiveM Cache and Re-trying

Check your server is the new getsharedobject export used in your resources maybe thats one reason if you try connecting to your server.

That’s not in my resources. I put that in as well to see if that was the problem.
