fresh install of redm, fresh install of rdr2, fresh install of both, unistalled fivem and gta (just in case) server devs have looked on their end
its something on my end but we cant figure it out and weve done everything we can think of to solve it and nothing seems to work.

First time on RedM, so this is pretty much my first experience. I think these servers use a specific ‘mod’ which use this overlay, which may or may not be bugged.
We both (you and me) have a rtx card (you 3000 series and i do have a 4000 series), i was thinkin that maybe the GPU is the issue (however i digress).
I have windows 11, and i play the game on rockstar games launcher.
ive been on redm for a long while and this is a new thing for me, the devs ive talked to say that something is forcing UI’s to stay up. Like i joined a server that isnt my main and it forced the admin joke UI of making it look like your windows it updating. So whatver it is, its related to the UI’s but im not a tech person so i have absolutely no clue
