I seem to have flickering arcade machines. I tried commenting out
EnableInteriorProp(interiorid, "casino_arcade_extraprops_wire") -- This has extra added arcade game props
However they removed all arcade machines 
and tbh, the arcade is the only one we need nowadays, you can simply enforce gamebuild to a higher dlc and get all the other interiors etc.
