What did you do to get this issue? nothing, i just installed FiveM and it appeared this

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

Is it a solid blue screen? Or does have a background to it? I know that sometimes it just takes a minute for things to load up.

It’s the loading background, but when I deactivate my intel graphic card it starts but it becomes slow because it’s supposed to have 2 graphic cards not one

FiveM and Laptops with dual graphics have known problems.

same problem i have i7 4710mq + R9 m290x can run in intel hd graphic but r9 m290x not work it stuck in blue screen pls fix it

If your screen is green and not blue, this is the 3rd post like this I’ve seen. I made a response over at Stuck on green screen, won't load servers list
