Hi there!
I have just now changed how esx_shops loads blips so that I can use different blips for each store. I am trying to find a way to use a completely custom icon for one of the blips and I’m thinking I would have to stream the blip to players. Is it possible to replace one of the unused blip IDs and stream a custom blip to that spot and use it on the server?

Yes it is possible.
Just check how GTA V add new blips with their DLC

dont work
because there is nothing in the __resource.lua
The reason there is nothing in the __resource.lua is because there is no .lua files in the file. And you cant ad a .ytd to a resource .lua
