What did you do to get this issue?
Attempted to install RedM once, was half way through the 3400ish MB cache update when it just stopped and crashed. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling RDR2 and RedM multiple times to no avail. All my drivers are up to date and I have plenty of space on my drive.

Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?
yes
Also add what you already tried so far.

All my drivers are up to date and I have plenty of space on my drive. I’ve tried deleting Caches.XML as well as verifying my game integrity and changing the download path for RedM.
