SpotiFive revamped - a new approach to an old concept

Spotify returning 204 is either a sign that you arent playing any songs on spotify currently, or you are in a private spotify session.

i got this error very frustrating this is the error: due to an issue with the way i get the server endpoint, localhost will not function.

Yeah localhost does not work at all.

1.2.0

note: because of how much was changed, i expect there to be some issues. please let me know on here if you find any.

KEY NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO RE-PAIR (/spotifive unpair) IN ORDER TO USE THE NEW MEDIA CONTROLS, AS WELL AS HAVING SPOTIFY PREMIUM.

updates:

+ Added media controls by holding alt.
+ * Rewrite a lot of the request code to allow for more flexability in requests
+ Added a /spotifive opacity command (from 0-255) to change opacity

Hey, there is a little problem with the image of the song, even if the hud is toggled off only the image of the song will apear, this also happens when you open the map, here you have a pic: https://i.imgur.com/p13OaXp.png

This shouldn’t occur on the pause screen, as I made sure that didn’t happen, I’ll check if I can do the same with the hidden HUD part later

should be fixed now, tested a bit and it seems to have been, though knowing my luck, probably not

Yep, its fixed now, thanks for being that fast

This may sound dumb but how do you get the music to play i do have premium

Have yarn and everything, says spotifivem cannot be launched and i cannot access the server…

/spotifive pair

And i get this msg at my browser.

you need a vps or zap hoasting

technically it can still work localhost using your direct IP or so, aslong as the server is accessable outside of your network. at some point in the near future I might switch the way it handles this to take advantage of the cfx.re proxy, which should in theory allow for it to work in such case aswell

That would be great. Because we have to test it first :stuck_out_tongue:

Thanks for your time btw and your work <3
