[Request] Someone can make a Rappel Rescue for Helicopter?

Hello there !

It would be great to make a Script for EMS/FireDepartement.
This script should make a winch for helicopter.
I explain :

The Pilot do a command(/rescue) or use keyboard
The winch/rope go down (to the ground)
The victim in the ground has a window/popup
In the window :“Go in the stryker ? Press ( key on the Keyboard)”
The victim go with the rope or teleport into the helicoptere
WE SAVE A LIFE !
Did it possible ? (Technically?)

Ce script devrait faire un treuil pour un hélicoptère
J’explique :

Le Pilote utilise la commande (/rescue) ou un touche du clavier
Le treuil/corde descend (jusqu’au sol)
La victime au sol a une fenêtre/popup
Dans la fenêtre : "Monter sur la planche de sauvetage ? Appuyez sur (Une touche du clavier)
La victime monte avec la corde ou se téléporte dans l’helicoptère
6 ON A SAUVER UNE VIE !
Ce serait possible ? (Techniquement ?)

It’s not for use the rappel

The rope go down like the HeliScipt
But in the ground the victim can get into the helicopter with the rope
