[RELEASE] 'SHADOW STATE' Mission Pack for Crackdown Missions and Mission System

This is a promo for my attempt to create some ‘proper’ missions for the Crackdown Mission System, which utilizes DLC areas as well.

These are 12 mostly hard missions that are meant to be played with the default resource settings/difficulty. The missions are meant to be played in order, especially Mission8 ->12, but they do not need to be.
The safe house mission vehicles will probably need to be utilized as well by players to help complete the missions. 1 player should be able to eventually complete the missions, but they will be easier with more players obviously, but do not expect to complete first time without respawning. Ambient Peds will be hostile to players as well during missions, for plot reasons, and to increase action/difficulty, this can be turned off via Config.HostileAmbientPeds = 0

Meaningless Background Plot

Not far in the future of San Andreas, a typical dsytopian scenario of where greed and fear lead to. Sort of a mixture of Blade-Runner/Deus Ex. There is a lot of chaos and secrets, where the confluence and privatization of burgeoning technologies of AI, bio-nano, advanced em tech, and who knows what else, is being utilized to gain control of San Andreas. It’s your job to save San Andreas!

The tech has already been partly deployed and is able to influence/control the general population who are well armed now and can be made to fight against you as well.

Minor update to 2.8.9r.

For the the mission pack missions.lua, I added Config.TeleportToSafeHouseOnMissionStart = true
which will also allow any players stranded on the aircraft carrier to reconvene at the start of the next mission.

Also updated the mission pack readme with some details.

HUGE update to Crackdown mission system and a HUGE update to SHADOW STATE mission pack, with all the missions reworked for balance, as well as many more enemies and utilizing new features in the resource, including multiple objective missions, and mission that span across the whole of San Andreas. The SHADOW STATE mission pack has been updated with 5 new missions (Mission8 → Mission12) for a total of 12 missions, which includes the finale. The missions are meant to be played in order, especially Mission8 ->12, but they do not need to be. The new missions also feature new DLC areas:

To increase difficulty for missions, for more players or more challenge, consider increasing SetPedMinAccuracy/SetPedMaxAccuracy first from 60 to around 100 max in missions.lua
