When I stream visualsettings.dat my red lights become yellow, anyone had the same issue?

I’ve added this to my server but the lights become dim and yellowish orange, but when I open the pause menu, it becomes brighter so they are only working while paused… how do i fix this?
works great but what controls the brightness in buildings, if its day time its like hella bright inside buildings.
this has broken my servers lights I belive, how would I reset the visualsettings?
