In the script I made with my brother, you will be able to see your own id on the scoreboard. Good forums that I hope will work for everyone.

Installion:
Add to server cfg
start idgorme

Link has been renewed. server.lua deleted so client.lua also collected. Added github.

I mean, you could be helpful not be a prick, explain why it’s not required and let him know how to improve his code. It’s likely to be one of his first scripts and everyone needs to start somewhere.

Would probably wait until he’s put it in Git so you can create pull requests and stuff, rather than cluttering his thread.

Why do you even make it complicated for yourself? You could just register a command in the client and get the id from yourself through the client event. Also, why do you release this? This “script” is rather a snippet. It already exists in the scoreboard and 1000 other resources. Maybe it’s just I who don’t understand why this is a thing 2019.

Servers of 64 people or more, the person does not see his / her ID because the resolution is low / small. So we decided to code this script.

I really like the /id feature. Helps a lot when trying to find my name on a full playerlist! Also, what player menu are you using? I’ve seen it before but can’t seem to find the release of it.
