Hello after short break! Here is my 1st Cyberpunk 2077 coversion to GTA V. I made 26 textures to this lovely scarf. 
It fits with most of the girls necks. For better result I recommend installing a skinchanger script for your FiveM server so you can edit face of your character including neck size.
