This is my first release so please take it easy on me. I decided to create this feature to esx_doorlock as players were able to lock themselves inside a building and no one else could enter without access to the job with the locks to get inside, so now players will be able to shoot the door open and break in.

Changes
- You can now shoot open the doors.
- You can choose the chance of the door opening when shot in config.
- You can not relock the door when it has been shot open for 2 minutes.
- I made the DrawText look nicer.
