I have converted a helicopter for FiveM fully functional with a working hose.
Use door controls to open the rear right door to drop the hose down.
You can also press SPACE, Right mouse or A on the controller to drop water.

To install:
Add the folder “firehawk” into your resource folder.
Add “start firehawk” to the server.cfg and restart the server.
The spawncode for the helicopter is “firehawk”

I did not make this and do not take credit for it, I simply just converted it into a FiveM resource.

Yes, like @Im_Kawiz says,

It states this in the actual post.

I like the idea of this helicopter, but when I use it on our server I noticed something that is really bugging me. I appears to dump water from the bottom AND spray water out a “cannon”. But the water that it dumps does nothing to the fire, only what is being sprayed actually does anything to the fire. For forest fires, that’s not practical as you have to get down into the trees to spray rather than just hover above and drop. Maybe I’m using it wrong, but that is what I noticed.

Yeah, that’s the only downside there is to the heli. The main use, for me at least, is to simulate more realistic water drops instead of just doing “/me drops water”. I usually do a few drops and then stop all fires.
Regarding the cannon that’s the way the helicopter was modelled and the way the hose works in gta, not sure or found any way to change it.
