RedM won't Start

RDR2 version?
Up to date? yes, just reinstalled
Legit or Pirate copy? legit
Steam/Epic Games/Social Club? social club & steam, it makes me have both open
Windows version? windows 11
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes i think so but i might have deleted the wrong thing

System specifications unknown, i don’t know haw to check and im on a laptop
What did you do to get this issue? i was messing with my graphics settings and restarted to see them
What server did you get this issue on? the rift trails
Latest CitizenFX_log file unable to link
.dmp files/report IDs unable to find

If an issue with starting: unable to figure out this stuff below

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?

Also add what you already tried so far. I have restarted my RedM multiple times, i have uninstalled both RedM and RDR2
