RedM will not run. No error message, just crashes

What did you do to get this issue? Opened RedM.
What server did you get this issue on? No server, RedM crashes before I get to that point.
Latest CitizenFX_log file No clue where to find this.
.dmp files/report IDs No clue where to find this, either.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? NO.
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? Not set for admin run.
Also add what you already tried so far. Deleted files in local app data. Uninstalled and reinstalled RedM. Reset computer. Installed all fresh apps, including Steam and Rockstar Launcher.

At first, RedM would crash without giving an error, now it is giving an error of: igvk64.dll+5CE3BF.

Please help. I cannot get into my server, have not been in my server in almost two months because of this.

Since posting this, I have run the install from the C drive, in its own folder and even after the update, it does the same thing. Simply crashes, without warning or error code.

Also, now that I have reinstalled it, I can no longer get my Rockstar launcher to work.

Correction: No sooner had I posted that, and Rockstar finally kicked in.

I have uninstalled RedM again and am reinstalling it now. If this works, or not, I will post the result.

After uninstalling and reinstalling, I now get this:
