RedM Stuck on loading screen of the city from GTA5/Fivem

Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/Epic Games/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Windows 8.1
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? I’ve tried to delete the cache like what usually works for Fivem, but it didn’t do anything
Error screenshot (if any) When I screenshot it it just shows a black screen, but it is the photo of the city, with version number in the bottom right corner
System specifications GTX 1050Ti , 24 GB Ram ,
What did you do to get this issue? Simply Install RedM, I have not even been able to play
What server did you get this issue on? None, RedM Launch menu
Latest CitizenFX_log file I don’t know
.dmp files/report IDs I don’t know

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?

Also add what you already tried so far.

I’ve tried reinstalling RedM, clearing cache, rebooting computer, and a few other things that I’ve forgotten about. I really don’t know what causes this, when on F8 in the menu the last message I get is something like: Running INIT_SESSION init functions
