What did you do to get this issue? Nothing i downloaded it the first time for a while then re downloaded it because i couldnt connect to some servers and then this happend

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? i dont have one and i disabled windows 10 anti-virus
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? I did not start rockstar game launcher as a admin.
Also add what you already tried so far. Re-installing the games x3, clear cache.
