What did you do to get this issue? Start RedM

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?

Also add what you already tried so far.
I have tried switching monitors, tried deleting caches, tried messing resolution scaling, tried two different versions of the game, steam and rockstar launcher, tried switching between directX and vulkan, tried removing vulkan drivers, tired turning graphics settings down, tried turning resolution down while using resolution scaling. Have tried pretty much everything. The couple other posts I have found blame scaling, but that’s not it.
