RedM not starting up (no pop-up, nothing)

Processor: i7 9700k
GPU: RTX 2060
RAM: 16 GB 3000MHz
What did you do to get this issue?
Restarted PC, Updated RDR2, Launching Rockstar Launcher before launching RedM.
What server did you get this issue on?
(Cannot Launch RedM completely)

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
I have an exclusion
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher, not as admin?
With admin/without admin
Also add what you already tried so far.

I reinstalled everything
Now I’m getting : “No account blob info?”

–> Restarted pc and got that error again…
